An EMAIL ENERGY HEALING SESSION is a perfect session for the Busy, On-The-Go Person or the Person who says I just want to release my Energetic Baggage and I don’t need to talk about it. After an initial phone consultation to clarify a client’s issues and to schedule the Healing Session, the session is conducted using a Remote Healing Process which means without the Client present or even in contact with the Practitioner. So, the client can go about their day as they usually do while the Healing Session takes place. These Sessions are very Convenient and just as Effective and Powerful as the Phone Energy Healing Sessions. A detailed list of Energies released is emailed to the Client following each Session.
A PHONE ENERGY HEALING SESSION is a LIVE Connection between the Practitioner and the Client by Phone (within the US), Skype or FB Messenger (outside the US) releasing trapped energy creating blocks. A detailed list of Energies released is emailed to the Client following each Session.

An initial 15-minute phone session is included with both Email Sessions and Phone Sessions to discuss the desired areas to release imbalances around.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A SESSION…
With Divine Guidance and Assistance, I energetically connect with your Subconscious to identify and eliminate Underlying Imbalances by releasing Energetic Imbalances in the areas of Energy, Circuitry, Pathogens, Structure, Toxicity, and Nutrition. This method of Healing promotes Harmony and Balance within, Relieving Stress and Supporting the Body’s Natural Ability to Heal.
Within 48 hours following each session, a list of energies that were released, along with any recommendations that were revealed during the session, are emailed to your inbox. Additional sessions in the Healing Session Package will then be scheduled. For Email Energy Healing Sessions only, an email is sent to the client prior to the next scheduled Email Session to obtain an update on issues addressed in the previous session and to confirm issues to be addressed in the upcoming session. The time allotted between each session is a few days to a week to allow adequate time to heal.

A protective Energy Shield (an energetic shield that protects and surrounds the energy field of the body allowing only positive energies to pass through the shield) is activated for Free for all clients during the first Email Session to protect against other’s negative energies. Each morning when you wake (our shields tend to lower when we sleep) and in stressful situations when you feel that your shield might not be strong, you simply say “Shield Up” and you are once again protected.
Many feel lighter following clearings and notice changes almost immediately, however sometimes it may take a few days or weeks to notice the shifts in energy. If no change is noticed, it only means that more needs to be released.
A few days of processing will follow the release of trapped emotions and other energies. It is possible that you may have some symptoms of this, such as emotional ups and downs, vivid dreams, trouble sleeping or a bit of fatigue. If you do notice anything like this, don’t worry, it is just part of the healing process and shouldn’t last for more than a day or two. However, only about 20% of people experience symptoms and Positive Light Energy is input following each clearing session.
